General Shipping Information

We thank you for supporting the Teranuvo community.

Majority of orders are shipped out the same day of purchase from our warehouse in California.

Orders must be received and payments cleared before 2 PM PST or your order may not be processed till the following business day.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

We do our very best to get your orders out of our warehouse and into your hands with the least amount of time possible.

 

Methods Of Shipment

We offers shipping options to:

United States - USPS and UPS

Other Countries – USPS Priority International and UPS International.

Options to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery are available at checkout.

Actual transit times may vary depending on the method of shipment.

Shipping rates are determined by USPS and UPS.

Tracking information is provided by email for all orders when the order is shipped.

Return Policy

At Teranuvo we strive to bring you something special - not only through our products, but also through our services to you.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns for your product within 30 days from the purchase date.

There are only a few exceptions to this which are listed below. Conditions with returns will vary depending on order situation.

You may receive a refund or replacement (same item only) for any item that you purchased directly from our store which is damaged,

defective, or otherwise does not meet your expectations. We can only exchange your order for the same item.

30-Day Return Period

Thirty days from the date the merchandise was received, refunds are available on all products.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.

 

Restocking Fee And RMA Number

Must include a valid original purchase order number from teranuvo.com. Purchases made outside of teranuvo.com must be handled through the respective seller for returns.

Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.

Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum of a $5 USD restocking fee.

Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.

Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
